In house warranty is free and included with each one of our sales. Full T&C’s below & presented at sale.
INCLUDED WITH EVERY SALE VEHICLE UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCLOSED – 3 MONTH OR 3000 MILE (WHICHEVER COMES FIRST).
AND A £2000 CLAIM LIMIT.
All free and inclusive in house warranties are classed as RTB (return to base) mechanical Warranties. We do not offer a recovery service. It is your own responsibility to get the vehicle back to us if an unfortunate rare occasion arises and your vehicle brakes down and you wish to claim on your free warranty with us. Please note we are fully aware this is not possible for some customers living 100’s of miles away, in the case you cannot return the vehicle to us for a warranty repair then your free inclusive warranty will only cover the cost of your parts and not labour, the free warranty will neither include your diagnostics cost for a third-party garage and is only inclusive on the RTB warranty please know it is also your own responsibility to get the vehicle back to us in these circumstances to activate your free warranty with us including diagnostics & labour. Your statutory rights are not affected. Exception on part exchange clearance vehicles. We always recommend extended warranties and adding the optional brake down cover for added piece of mind.

EXTENDED WARRNTIED
Three Pines Garage have partnered with TMO The Motoring Organisation to offer extended warranties to all our customers. Extended warranties can always be a grey area when purchasing a used vehicle, so we always like to be very transparent upfront and clear regarding what is or isn’t the best package for you. It’s best to not complicate the situation that’s why we have been very delicate when choosing to pair with our extended warranty partner. With various levels of comprehensive cover and offering extended warranties available 1/2/3 years, choose from £1000 or £2000 claim limits when you take out your warranty. You can claim multiple times over the duration of the policy but only up to the claim limit. TMO offer a great service for all extended warranty needs. Pricing and availability will vary dependent upon age and mileage. T&C’s apply. Please note all extended warranties are directly through third party TheMotoringOrganisation and are not the responsibility of ThreePinesGarageLimited.
NO WARRANTY / Part Exchange Clearance Vehicles
All part exchange to clear vehicles are sold on a trade basis with no warranty given or implied due to the nature of the vehicle in question, those vehicles that have been part exchanged by previous owners and will not necessarily comply with consumer protection criteria and requirements, by reason of age, mileage, the nature of previous usage and general condition.
The vehicles are offered to as trade without any warranty whatsoever. All warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You purchased the vehicle in circumstances where you are not relying in any way whatever upon any representation made expressly or implied on our part and you are not relying upon our skill or judgment in deciding whether or not the vehicle is in fact suitable to your particular purpose, so that we shall not be liable for breach of terms implied by statute as to description as to satisfactory quality and as to fitness for purpose.
These conditions and terms conclude that our exclusions of liability contained in these conditions is reasonable within the meaning of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
We will not be liable for any losses that may arise by reason of any breach of any express terms of the agreement nor for losses arising from breach of any implied warranty condition or other terms or by reason of any representation or any duty of any kind imposed by operation of law. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential loss of any description nor for any expenses or costs incurred by you arising from your purchase of a vehicle from us.
